Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, an established Cyber Security Training business in their search for a Business Development Executive to focus on sales support and account management to work in a hybrid role from their offices in Swansea. For the successful Business Development Executive our client is offering: Salary up to £35,000 (OTE £7-9k) Monday to Friday 8.30 - 17.00 Permanent Benefits: 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Christmas Shutdown (Deductible from Holidays), Volunteer & Charity Days, Pension Scheme, Private Medical Insurance, Macbook & Accessories, iPhone, Travel Expenses when necessary, ongoing training within the industry  The role - Business Development Executive   Responsible for increasing revenue in the UK region through the product portfolio, by the management and growth of existing key accounts and new business sales Qualify leads and arrange meetings for BDM team whilst offering in depth information about products and services  Conduct effective, regular Customer Account Reviews Promote training events through appropriate social media channels Manage, deliver & exceed agreed targets, KPI's and other set objectives Conduct invite calls to VIPs for specific events What our client is looking for in a Business Development Executive Experience actively contacting new business clients from leads and prospecting activity - ESSENTIAL Marketing and Sales Support experience - ESSENTIAL Key Account Management of 50+ accounts - ESSENTIAL  Excellent Communication Skills - ESSENTIAL Exposure working in technical industry would be advantageous, anyone who has supported training events would be ideal - DESIREABLE  Sales / BDM Experience - ESSENTIAL Key skills or similar Job titles: Key Account Executive, Account Manager, Business Development, Sales Support, New Business Sales  Commutable From: Cardiff, Bristol, Gloucester, Newport, Carmarthen, Swansea For further information about this and other positions please apply now.
